Respected sir,
One of The my client is producing the Automobile Battery and solar battery. i want to know the rate of duty if he imports followings.
1-Ready battery
2-container and separator which is Raw material for battery And
3- machinery which is used for manufacturing battery

exporter are advised to apply for advance licence scheme there are duty is NIL @import the items but export obligation fulfillment is mandatory.
