How much over value of goods can export easily with free of

24 July 2015 we have to export surplus qty of clothes or APPAREL to oversea buyer.in this case they will take goods from us in one condition 1.free of cost value .but we have to mentioned real price on invoice's.for custom purpose. IF Garment sales by them they will release the payment. if not they will not liable for Payment. is it possible ????if yes what will be processor for that.

24 July 2015 Prima facie it looks like a HOAXING instance....

If at all you want to proceed, you can mention that the sale is on returnable basis with the condition that 1. payment shall be released if and only if the garments are sold 2. the unsold garment shall be the property of the seller i.e. you. 3. the unsold goods shall be returned to India by the overseas buyer at his cost and so on.

if we proceed with returnable sale. suggest the exporter have need to collect G R WAIVER LETTER from their Bank.
