In case of an LLP having nature of business as Professional Consultancy Service & having a Turnover of Rs. 40Lakhs during the FY 2016-17, Tax audit is applicable if profit is around Rs.10Lakhs? Kindly reply.

we are pvt ltd co we are constructing power house for which we make advance payment on behalf of Contractor which is also pvt ltd. co. now question is Advance is given to Transport Contractor on behalf contractor in cash amount is Rs. 5000/- whether we are liable to deduct TDS on amount of such advance.

I want to know that tax audit applicability in following :
1) The company is Nbfc
2) Income is 1.10 Crore including 92 Lacs dividend on shares & MF and profit on Sales of MF - 18 lacs.
3)No other income
4) Form 61A applicable or not to company.

Please advise me in above case Tax Audit applicable or not.

As per section 139(1) of co. Act a company should obtain a written consent from the auditor before appointment. However, as per clause 8 of part 1 of first schedule to the chartered accountant act, 1949, a ca is required to communicate with the previous auditor in writing before acceptance of appointment. It seems there is a contradiction between these 2. Without providing written consent, the company cannot appoint you, and without communicating u cannot give consent. How to resolve this?

i have query regarding section 44ab. if the turnover of business assessee is less than 1 crore and also profit is less than 8% in the fy 16-17, than tax audit is complusory or not. pls answer this query
