19 June 2017 how to control tea & food distribusion expesn in a factory which is distributed to labours through external vendore ,
presently the system is paper coupne but it is costly and non ecofreindly please suggest cost saving

20 June 2017 You can think of introducing electronic card. Delhi Metro is successful running its ticketing through cards. Employee will swipe the card and will take the meal / tea etc and system can generate a report which can be used to make payment to vendor. You can approach any company providing attendance capturing system and they should be able to help you in implementation
