Whether a company is not maintaining a Fixed Assets Register from the date of incorporation itself, What is the duty of Auditor with regard to Physical verification of Fixed Assets?
Company's Turnover during the year Rs. 30 crores, Fixed Assets 1.75 Crores, Loan from Financial Institution Rs. 50 lacs
Query:
1. What is the reporting requirement under CARO and Section 227?
2. How should the Auditor frame the report with regard to Non-maintainence of Fixed Assets register, and physical verification?

While preparing (& signing) financials of a company, figures taken for disclosure of its Joint venture company were unaudited.In next year which figures of joint venture company (audited or unaudited)should the company take as comparable figure in next year's disclosure?

In a tax audit report, if the Auditor is unable satisfy about the payment exceeding Rs.20000/- through A/c payee cheque/draft means he has to give Diclaimer of opinion.
Query:
How to ensure whether a payment through cheque is A/c payee or Bearer cheque in a audit process?

As per CA Regulations as a CA i can have maximum 30 Audits of Cos be it PVT or PUB.

But what is ceiling for no of Tax Audits (sec 44AB) that i can have in a year. will this tax audits be included in ceiling of 30 audits above?

For example
Do's - Every asset should be having GRN

Dont's - Without the approval of Finance manager the place of fixed assets should not be altered.
