28 May 2010 I M STUDYING AUDIT-PAPER FROM NOTES OF VINOD KUMAR AGRAWAL,SO IT IS SUFFICIENT COURSE-MATERIAL FOR UPDATING IN EXAMS.

Ya.. VK Agarwal book will be enough for auditing for all chapters except Professional Ethics and Company Audit I & II.
Try to study Paaduka Publications for these chapters because they are very elaborative and every corner of the subject is covered. I studied in the same way and got 65 in Auditing.

29 May 2010 For auditing, make good preparation of Ethics and AAS, since it affects a lot on the mind of the examiner ......its not a rule but my experience says so that giving wrong answers to ethics sometimes creates bad impression on the examiner,..so try to understand ethics and AAS in a good manner.
