As per Cost Audit Rules, 2011 a company complying with certain provisions has to file Cost Audit report in Form I,with CG provided by MCA and for filing Compliance Report a company has to file the same to Central government in form A.
And so my company has to file Compliance Report and the form for filing it is Form A.
Can anyone please tell me from where i can get form A as MCA did not provide it.

What is the procedure for appointment of Cost Auditor for obtaining Cost Compliance Report as per the above rule??

Is it necessary to appoint such Auditor by the Board or it (the Cost compliance Certificate provided by the Practicing Auditor) only needs the approval of the Board?.

As per the above rule, there is no such provision for appointment of Auditor by the Board, but it clearly says that the compliance report should be approved by the Board of Directors, then only company can file the Form A.

Kindly revert at the earliest.

Pls advice how pricing of shares is to be done under discounted Cash Flow Mehtod in case of newly incorporated company. 100% investment in the company is being done by a foreign company. There are no outstanding shares in the company thus making it impossible to do the valuation under DCF. RBI is not accepting any other Valuation except for DCF
