28 November 2012 1)Can a Chartered Accountant in practice (A Sole Proprietor) work in full time employment with another CA / Firm of CAs as an employee ?

(OR)

2)Can:-
a)A CA in practice (For Example A&Co, a Proprietorship Concern), (or)
b)A firm of CAs (For Example John & Peter, CAs a partnership firm);
employ another individual (For Example Mr. David, a practicing CA) as a full time employee, even though such a person is practicing in his individual capacity?

28 November 2012 CA in practice can not work in full time employment with another CA or Firm or vice versa.

28 November 2012 But, is it possible to provide professional service for a fixed monthly remuneration, or is it possible to temporarily employ a CA in practice in order to assist him due to the voluminous nature of the assignment of the original CA or a firm of CAs?? (Consider this query in relation to my previous query)

28 November 2012 He can do assignment basis with other CA or Firm in practice.
The remuneration should not be fixed monthly. It should be fixed on each assignment or audit work.
