Please guide me how will i finalize Audit of Interest expense of CC a/c

our company does not come under cost audit as per the criteria prescribed i.e Turn Over , Net worth or listing in any stock exchange, but the product manufactured is come under the "Product Group" classification so whether cost compliance audit is only applicable.

Mr.X, a partner in X & Co., a firm of a Chartered Accountants, died on 31-03-2013 after completing routine audit work of XYZ Company Ltd., Mr.Y another partner of the CA firm signed the financial statements of XYZ Company Ltd., without reviewing the financial work done by assistants.

A company makes payment to its creditors only against original invoice. The accountant of the company has lost the original invoice. The creditor says he cannot generate another ORIGIANAL INVOICE. There is pressure from creditor on accountant to settle the outstanding amount.

What is the way forward in this case? The solution given should also be acceptable by company auditors and practicable.

Dear sir/mam,
one of the company appointed thier Auditor for the year and Form 23B also filed by that auditor itself.Because of some reason the company wants to change thier Auditor.Please tell me,what and all proceedures are to be followed to change the Auditor now?
1)whether EGM to be called?
2)can new Auditor can file 23B once again?

The Company started in February 2012. Upto Mar 12 they had no transactions but Directors Deposited 1 lac as capital. Hence whether Audit & Return for FY 2011-12 is required under Income Tax as well as under Companies Act?

one of my client a parternership firm is running its business from one office but they have two parternership firm registered at this office only. so how should i divide the expenses of this two firms.

CAN I SURRENDER MMY COP OR APPLY FOR PART TIME COP?
