For the IPCC exam may 2013, which book i will choose in surbhi bansal's or paduka's book for audit study.

Dear sir/mam,
one of the company appointed thier Auditor for the year and Form 23B also filed by that auditor itself.Because of some reason the company wants to change thier Auditor.Please tell me,what and all proceedures are to be followed to change the Auditor now?
1)whether EGM to be called?
2)can new Auditor can file 23B once again?

Audit of loss making private limited company

The Company started in February 2012. Upto Mar 12 they had no transactions but Directors Deposited 1 lac as capital. Hence whether Audit & Return for FY 2011-12 is required under Income Tax as well as under Companies Act?
Whether it is necessary to do audit of the Private Limited Company, if it is loss Making for FY 2012-13?
Under Income Tax Act, 1960
Under Companies Act, 1956

whether audit is required if assessee's turnover exceeds 1 crores but whose whole income is exempted u/s 10(26)?

First auditor appointment

I own a two employee (both directors) software company. Incorporated 14-June-2012. I failed to appoint auditor in first month. Now i have to appoint it in EGM. Can you please provide the procedure and resolution and meeting minutes for this??
