i am doing audit from surbhi bansal. I am having problem in in doing 1st 4 chapter from there namely internal audit intro to audit basic concept of audit prepration for an audit. kindly help he by providing some technique to all these chapter. The main problem i am facing is learning part.

If a person owns two business units registered with two different names. As I know we can file only one audit report of a single PAN holder. But how we will file If that individual holds two business units.

We are the manufacturing company of Fabrics, and various counts of Yarn. The turnover for the year 2010-11 is around 46 Crore and for the year 2011-12 it is around 37 Crore and for the last year (i.e., 2012-13) it is 48 Crores.

Under which category we have to make compliance? Whether to file Cost Audit Report or Cost Compliance Report. What are the eligibility criteria applicable for our concern.

Kindly clarify the same.
