31 October 2013 If the bills in the file are unsigned, reason being given that invoice is received in mail, how to verify the genuineness of the transaction since its not always possible to ask them to show the mail

31 October 2013 There is an invoice which is half printed and half hand written
The PAN printed on the invoice was wrong and so it is cancelled and PAN is hand written.
Can this invoice be relied upon?
