Aditi,while management audit focuses completely on management's performance to evaluate whether or not management is performing in a way that will be benificial for organisation in short term as well as in long term or not not.It considers all the functional areas like sales,personnel,production,finance etc.
Cost audit is conducted by the cost auditor to verify whether the cost records are maintained as per sec209(1)(d) & the report to be sumitted to central government
