dear sir , i want to know if our B/S audited in A.Y 2014-15 then is there any thing work left to do as an accountant . these audit reports still in our co. office ? or have to submit in department ?

Internal audit

for certain class of companies internal audit is not mandatory.. my question is can the companies for whom internal audit is not compulsory, can get conducted internal audit for their organisation?

Audit of private limited company

Hello sir,
I have a small doubt some case that is there is a private ltd company which is incorporated on 1st Nov 2014 with authorized capital of Rs 1,00,000.00 and in first year ending it has a very low turnover i.e., below 1 lakh due to lack of proper marketing.
So here what is my query is that is it mandatory to get it's accounts audited to file ITR-6 or not
Please let me know the answer to the above

In a partnership firm they are using building of one of the partners but they are not showing such building in their books nor they are charging dep can you please explain the treatment of such building in the firm.
