Ceiling on number of audits

has the proposal made by icai to mca regarding exclusion of private ltd co with less than paid up capital of this 100 crores etc confirmed should it be foll for may 2015 ipcc or shoild the limit pertaining to 20 company audits including private, public and one person company per person need to be followrd

Limit of tax audit for a llp

Please let me know about the limit for tax audit for a LLP.
Also if the LLP is providing professional services, will it be treated as person carrying out a profession or a person carrying out a business?
