kindly convey can a person run his business being in a job?

He can run his business with permission from his employer if such conditions are there in the employment rules of the company.
If the rules of the company prohibits run of his business, then he can't run it.

Any person can do any business as which is legally, ethically.
In some case Employer make prohibation regarding not doing any business.
