Check list to verify purchases!!!

Dear Sir,
Please can anyone tell me what are the check list and what are all the records to be verified for purchases by internal audit department in case of a manufacturing company.

Please explain me your answers will be highly appreciated.

SIR

THIS IS M/O FEB 2014, AND CASH IS NEGATIVE IN THE M/O JULY 2013, & SEP 2013 DUE TO BOOK CASH EXPENSES, NOW TELL ME CAN WE TAKE RS 5-6 LAC AS CASH UNSECURED LOAN AND HOW CAN I WITHDRAW FROM THE BANK ON BACK DATED.

Negative cash

SIR

PLEASE TELL IF I FOUND THAT CASH IN MY BOOK IS NEGATIVE IN THE MONTH OF OCT 2013, WITH RS 5 LAC AND THIS IS PVT LTD CO. THAN HOW I CAN ADJUST THE CASH , IS THERE ANY SOURCE THAT WE CAN INTRODUCE CASH FROM CAPITAL.

Records to be seen to verify....

Respected Experts,
I am working in an internal audit department. I am asked to verify the records and what are all the internal controls available for purchases, sales, expenses, petty cash expsesn, credit notes and debit notes. Purchases steel and Furnace Oil is the important raw material for the manufacturing of their product.

Please guide me how i have to carry out the above functions.

Expecting the experts to share their knowledge. It will be great help for me if you can do it now.
