Firstly check all the details that whether ESI is applicable to the organization or not,then chek if the Co. is registered under ESI, After that the rate at which ESI is deducted from Salary, The name of Employee must also b registered to ESI, Then the amount must b paid to ESI fund in the name of that employee.
At last if the amount is used during any FY & for that respective employee.
