who will fill the vacancy arise due to the resignation 0f first auditor and under which section
20 February 2014
The casual vacancy caused by the resignation of auditor, which also includes “first auditor”, shall be filled by the company in general meeting. The same is in accordance with the proviso to sub-section (6)(a) to section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956.
