A Practicing CA, if he wants to study any other course (eg. B.Com, M.Com etc), This is covered under general permission. Even though whether he is required to take permission from icai. is there any application should sent to icai. or without any intimation, we can study. please give clarity.

As per latest 2024 Cpe advisory, online structured cpe hours can be availed through two modes.
One being the Icai digital hub and next is attendance marked for E learning course by POU? How does one avail the POU hours? Where and when are such sessions to be attended virtually to avail benefit of structured learning?

The tax payer has recently applied and obtained PTRC registration in Maharashtra state in the Month of March 2024. Now, the return frequency was shown Monthly for F.Y. 2023-24 and filing returns for all the month is required. Whether tax payer need to all monthly returns, even for period prior to his registration. And if yes, how to deal with Iate fees. Please guide for payments and filings.

Dear Sir,
A lawyer send me a notice to my client for using the word khadi in indiamart. My client was using the word khadi for showing the purpose of quality of cloth not for the purpose of using trademark word khadi. Lawyer is saying to delete the word khadi from website and also pay the amount of Rs. 15,000 as notice charges..
My query is what shoud i do??
