09 January 2026 ON THIS SURPLUS AMOUNT CAN I DEDUCT BROKERAGE AND APPLY INDEXATION (AS PROPERTY IS VERY OLD) FOR CALCULATION OF LTCG

10 January 2026 Brokerage paid at the time of sale can be deducted without any indexation.
