A OPC was incorporated on 29/10/2020 by paid up capital of Rs 100,000/- & only Rs 30,000 deposited in Bank A/c of company & since then company has not started the business. Now we want to strike off the name of Company.
Queries:-
1) Is it mandatory to deposit remaining Rs 70,000/- in bank A/c before filing INC-20A or simply a declaration for not starting business will be sufficient as attachment to INC-20A.
2) Do we also require to File ITR for the F.Y 20-21.

Please guide.

a salaried person has filed is IT return under old scheme for a.y. 2021 22 his form 16 also is per old scheme. now for the same year if he changes his option to new scheme he is eligible for refund . hence can he file a revised return now for the same year claiming refund.

I want to buy flat ,please clarify Agreement for sale of flat on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notorised ,is legally valid or not. If the seller lateron refuses to make sale deed, is this Agreement for sale as referred above is valid to take legal action against seller. Thanks.

I Have submitted the EPF registration form on Shram Suvidha Portal, I have Got the ESI No, but in EPF its showing the error "We found some error while resubmitting your application for EPFO Registration", but it is not showing what is the error, please let me know what can we do to register the EPFO in Shram Suvidha portal.
