how to restore the files deleted from recycle bin

Hi i am going to complete my PGDBA in fianace (MBA Sybiosis) wht i can do next sugest me any good course.

as per institute guidelines articleship hour should be between 9 am to 7 pm and it should not cross limit of 35 hour per week, but in our firm timing is 9-30 am to 8 pm weekly it reaches 60 hour (excluding lunch break) because of this reason i cant prepare for final, plz tell me what should i do for reduce time by our boss. otherwise can you tell me what the procedure to change the firm. is it possible changing of firm even our boss not ready to leave me. is this valid reason for change firm, and in our office no one senior is there we are only two article student both of we are join firm only two month back so we does not know how to do work and also our boss not given instruction for how to do work and alsoour firm not taken any skill development program also.that why we are only do work by trail and error method. can it be valid reason to change firm. plz tell me sir.

Sir, I am earning about 4.5 Lacs per annum. Upon which I am giving Income TAx as per LAW. However, from this amount I am saving moderately. Now my question is that If part fo this amount I give to my father,mother and wife as a gift and they later on earn interest on this amount by way of FD or otherwise then whether
(1) The amount given by me to my parents are TAXABLE or NOT
(2)IF the interest earned by them or any other income earned by them is TAXABLE nor NOT. Please inform
