Commercial law means laws which have commercial significance example Sale of Goods Act, Partnership Act, Negotiable Instuments Act, Foreign Exchange and Management Act etc other laws may be called general laws example constitution of India, State Motor vehicle Act etc. These Acts are cited for illustration only.
