sir,
as per institute guidelines articleship hour should be between 9 am to 7 pm and it should not cross limit of 35 hour per week, but in our firm timing is 9-30 am to 8 pm weekly it reaches 60 hour (excluding lunch break) because of this reason i cant prepare for final, plz tell me what should i do for reduce time by our boss. otherwise can you tell me what the procedure to change the firm. is it possible changing of firm even our boss not ready to leave me. is this valid reason for change firm, and in our office no one senior is there we are only two article student both of we are join firm only two month back so we does not know how to do work and also our boss not given instruction for how to do work and alsoour firm not taken any skill development program also.that why we are only do work by trail and error method. can it be valid reason to change firm. plz tell me sir.
