sir tell me procedure regarding transfer of articleship.

First you have to get the permission from ICAI to take transfer by writing letter with proper reason to take transfer. After getting the acceptance from the ICAI have to submit form 109 with the old employer and then after acceptance of form 109 and re-register for articleship for the balance period by submitting form 103 & 102 with the new employer.
