While filing Form 8 of LLP Disclosure under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 is a
mandatory attachment.
Is this disclosure as per section 22 of the said Act? if yes what is the format/draft for it?

What's the purpose of said Disclosure? Kindly explain.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had a user id for LLP. After integration of LLP with MCA, I tried to login to the website as per guidelines issued. But I could not login. Then I gave forgot password option . With that I could login into my account. But then I could not find any of the old LLP details that had been filed by us. I also tried to check with " Migrated Partners Details" but it is showing the error as no records found. Without this I can not file any forms relating to those LLPs which are already incorporated.

Kindly help me with the following queries:
1. How to get the details of the forms already filed?
2. How to get the migrated partner details?

It is very urgent. Help me.

My self Tarun Yadav,working as a manager accounts in FCI.while preparing schedule of assets, i have came across the below queries on the subjected matter..thus seeking your kind guidance...

1. Should i charge depreciation on the assets sold in the current F.Y. and if yes then should i charge it for upto the month of sale?

2. How should i charge depreciation on the assets installed after 15th of a month...ex: for the assets installed on 30th march 2012.
