15 June 2012 For each company at tally a data file will be created with number 0001,0002..... or 10000,10001....... So you have to copy such date file number for your company(i.e you wanting company) so first select where is the data file creating and storing in you computer then go such place and select that and copy to pen drive. For know the storage place of date file open the select company option at tally at the up-side of such window it will show the path where the data file stores and at the end of the name of your company with in brakets it shows number created for you company in the same window. so follow it if you have any doubt write clear about you doubt i.e at which place you couldn't go forward.
