Company had deducted less TDS on Salary of an employee, who left the company in Nov, 2021. Company had filed Salary TDS return for 3rd quarter with accurate details like Salary & TDS. Now company filing its 4th Quarter TDS Return for Salary. how can we rectify it.

Is a Trader liable to pay Professional Tax ( Odisha)?

If so, how is it computed? On the basis of Turnover or on the basis of taxable income?

We are receiving notice for payment of outstanding Professional Tax of previous occupier of the property.
The previous occupier has closed the business without cancelling the PRC, and is not tracible now.
