My 1st year of articleshp is getn completed on 16th august,2012. My 109 form is signed and ryt nw no firm is ready to take me.so is it compulsory to get registered before 16 or is it fine if I get registerd after 16th??plz rply asap

i started my articleship training in march and due to some unavoidable reasons i am not able to continue my training.. so i wish to confirm that if i continue my training about after one year would my this training period of 5-6 months would be counted??? and please tell me the formalities regarding that.

Now, my question is, if Income from House Property is the main source of income of a business then where it will be shown ?
In income from operating activities
or
In income from non-operating activities ?

In a pvt. ltd Co. one Resolution was passed for allotment of shares on right basis and below is the 3rd last para of the said Resolution

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the share certificates be issued to allottees and that the aforesaid share certificates be signed by any two Directors of the Company and countersigned by Mr. X, as an Authorized Signatory under the common seal of the Company;

Now the case is above said Mr. X has resigned before issuing share Certificates and we want to give authority to Mr. Y, the accountant of the Co. in place of Mr. X.

Please some one provide me the draft of the Resolution giving supersession effect for the above said case.

one of my uncle got retired in the month of May and he got retirement amount of around 25 lakhs. he retired as govt employee. now he is in a dilamma of where to keep this amount. means in FD, or any other tax saving modes.
