We have given comprehensive AMC to our vendor .Where he has to supply material along with job work.In his proforma invoice he is leving both Service tax (12.36% on assessable value)& CST 12.50% (ON 60% of assessable value). Pls clarify whether wct is applicable in this case if yes then how much.

I wish to apply PAN card online for my sibling who is pursuing her studies and does not have any source of income as such.
In PAN 49A, I am not sure what should be entered for point number 13-
a) Are you salaried employee?
b)If you are engaged in business/profession...relevant code?
c)If not covered by a & b above indicate source of Income?
From what I understand, i believe option c with "No Income" will have to be selected.

Please clarify/guide.

my query is material received on 16.07.12,
DC date is 16.07.12, material consumed on 17.07.12,but invoice date 22.07.12.(they issued invoice after one week.)

my doubt is how i entered this entry in tally. how i show the consumption entry & our sales because when we have input then only we show the output.

i have taken a transfer but still the procedure of form 109 is not completed, but i m not going to that office, so can i start my article with other principle before submitting form 109 and after getting form 109 from previous principle can i submit both the forms 109 and 102,103 together to institute.
