what is step to follow to give restriction t0 condition formatting to particular cell?
for eg. if i want to that particular cel l do not accept value below rs 25

Go to Data Tab.
Under Data Tools group, click Data Validation.
Under Allow: Select whole number
Under Data: Select Less than
Under Maximum: Enter 26
Under Data Tools group, click Data Validation.
