There is a friend of mine and he is already registered under the Ipcc scheme and he has given 4 Attempts but Din't Succeeded.

Now he being an Graduate wants to shift to Direct Entry to Ipcc and start his Articleship.

Is it Possible ?

I want to know that if somebody has mis-written in any one copy of form 103 for articleship, CAN IT BE corrected using whitener or I have to purchase another form for rs50... other two forms has been correctly written... actually i have written my whole name including surname in the first name head... maine ek accountant hu sir mere pass 4 saal ka work experinece h. aur mujhe vat, sales tax & TDS(works contract,int.) ki knowlege h. but mujhe in futre apni office karni h. to mujhe excise duty, service tax, income tax jaise tax aur accounts se jude kaam sikhne h aur karne h. maine c.A. bhi kar rha hu but clear nhi ho par rhi h. b.com 3rd year maine hu.
To eske liye mujhhe koon se course kar sakta hu. ?

I have recently incorporated a PVT ltd company in Delhi. I got the Pan and Tin registered at the company registered address, ‘A’.

Now I (company) have rented a small office space, ‘B’ (other than the registered address, ‘A’) also in Delhi

So can I use this address ‘B’ in all my tax invoice address, business card ete. I want to use this address B for my business activity.

Is it OK to use another address for business activity, other than the company registered address?
