Form 103 articleship

I want to know that if somebody has mis-written in any one copy of form 103 for articleship, CAN IT BE corrected using whitener or I have to purchase another form for rs50... other two forms has been correctly written... actually i have written my whole name including surname in the first name head... Plz reply soon

20 August 2012 Basically all such questions are to be tackeled with respect to RISK associated with it. If risk of rejection is more costly for you, get a new form. If it is not so, get a xerox copy of correctly filled form and keep it with you as your copy.
