Kindly clarify my doubt.
"If A&B are in partnership, can B, the partner give his signing authority to his son C?"
If so what are the things to be done for this?
here the nature of business is Construction business.

20 August 2012 @ the time of Authorizing signatory all the partners passed a resolution regarding the captioned subject.

if all partners are agreed then after passing Resolution all the partners verify the signature of this authorised signatory.
