Dear Experts,
There is a friend of mine and he is already registered under the Ipcc scheme and he has given 4 Attempts but Din't Succeeded.
Now he being an Graduate wants to shift to Direct Entry to Ipcc and start his Articleship.
Is it Possible ?

Directly He Fill Form 102 & 103 and send to regional office.
