I registered for IPCC both groups&ATc without Articles. I have passed my group1 of IPCC. So how can i register for my Articles Training under an Auditor?

this is mahesh present i am going to write the november 2012 exams both groups of ipcc.i am basically telugu medium student.past exam my marks very low but i know the subjectvery well.please give some suggetions how to present theory papers.

a)When a employee joined at the age of 60(after retirement)to any institution, whether PF is applicable to such employees?

b)where an employees salary exceeds 6500 and he has no PF account at the time of joining, what procedure to be followed to opt out from PF for such employees?

Can a CA with full time practice having his own firm(Proprietorship) practice act as a DSC agent for somebody like TCS or any other Company? Or is this prohibited?
