Dear all,
a)When a employee joined at the age of 60(after retirement)to any institution, whether PF is applicable to such employees?
b)where an employees salary exceeds 6500 and he has no PF account at the time of joining, what procedure to be followed to opt out from PF for such employees?

a) If the person has joined as an employee, PF is applicable. Else no PF is applicable.
