Dear experts, please provide a valid reply regarding whether an NBFC should issue a public notice at the time of change in promoter group as per RBI regulations? Could u provide more details on the subject..

08 September 2012 Yes NBFC has to issue a public notice when promotors holding changes..

The % holding by each promotor group has to be disclosed to public thrugh that notice.

This is a RBI guidelines..
