16 July 2025 Sir,
received a mail form itd for ay 2021-22 "transfer of rectificatio rights to Juridictional Assessing Officer" reason for above is "Juridctional AO requested" and mentioned "meet the ao"
sir it was delayed return 139(8A) and proceed us 143(1) by cpc with no refund no demand
please help to resolve issue asap

16 July 2025 It seems that you had applied for rectification of the order u/s 154 IT act. Check your profile on IT web; and check for any pending actions.

16 July 2025 Thanks for your prompt reply! SIR
client never apply for any recitification but return filled us 139(8A) moreover he doesn't have big transaction nor gst number(he is small shopkeeper)
my two any client received same recitification notice (very small business not have big transaction)
please elaborate issue

16 July 2025 If you have not applied for any rectification, and if there is no 'Pending Action' in the profile, you need not worry. It may be just administrative process. Many other assesses have also received such informative massage.
