16 July 2025 Hi,
I received following email today. So there was demand for ~12K for 22-23 which I paid and completed the stuff but today I received following email. What should I do? Should I wait for further communication or contact the JAO? Also under Services tab in the ITR website and in the Rectification there is nothing filed as well.

16 July 2025 The final action itself states 'Demand adjusted with tax paid' Dt. Dec., 31; 2023. It means there is no demand. You may contact JAO if you wish, but it is mot mandatory.

16 July 2025 Actually, I don't want to contact the JAO. But yes, in View Filed Returns for 22-23, it shows 'Demand adjusted with tax paid', so is it sorted of sorted? So the mail is kind of communication? Thank you for the previous response.
