hi, ive completed my 1st year of articleship on 27th october 2012 n now i want to fill up my transfer form , my principal doesn't have ne problem in me getin the form signed from back date . till how many days can i submit this form as ive already crossed 30 days time ... also till when i shud get my self registered under new principal so that my attempt doesnt get delayed... plz do reply.

PAN card of One of our clients (Entity is an HUF) has been misplaced and the client has neither photocopy of PAN Card nor of PAN allotment letter. When we apply for New PAN card (Not for new PAN No.), NSDL representative asks us to attach photocopy of misplaced PAN Card of HUF along with application Form so that they could issue us New PAN Card.

We were gone through income tax website to view status of PAN under the menu of "Know Your PAN" and also submitted it with application to NSDL but we were again refused to accept the same.

Please assist us that how to get new PAN Card of HUF.
