I am doing articleship as per the Direct entry Scheme. I want a clarification with IT Training. When the IT training Fresh Batch Start? and Under Direct Entry Scheme how many days the training takes Place?

100 Hours Information Technology Training (ITT)
Under the present scheme of education and training, an updated version of the computer training programme relevant for the professional practice has been designed. Highlights of the present computer training programme are as follows:
• The 100 hours ITT is moduled in 20/25 days @ 5/4 hours per day on full time basis.
• The training components would focus on application softwares relevant for accounting and auditing. In addition, knowledge of Electronic Spread Sheet, Data base Management System, Web-technology and System Security and Maintenance are strengthened.
• The 100 hours ITT has been linked to theoretical knowledge imparted through Paper on Information Technology. It has been planned to synchronize theoretical knowledge with practical training.
• A student has to complete 100 hours ITT before commencing his articled training.
• The 100 hours ITT is carried out through Regional Councils and Branches of the ICAI
which would charge a separate fee of ` 4,000.
• Students while undergoing Orientation Programme & Information Technology Training
(ITT) Programme should invariably maintain discipline and decorum apart from
adhering to dress code.
