There is Party A in India which raises tender. Party B is in other country (China). Party B directly submit the quotation. But Party B provide some commission for me as mediator(Say Party C). I am not the registered agent. I am new to this business. All transaction takes place between Party A & B. But as I inform B about tender from A they are providing commission to me. So my question is there any type of agreement I can make with Party B without involving Party A for this? Also the commission is in US dollars. Can it be directly deposited to any Nationalise bank in India?

the query is- B is 100% holding Co. of A & D is 100% holding Co. of B
C is a separate co. which is subsidiary of D. The scheme is A & B merging into C. so my question is that
"for calculating the swap ratio & valuation of shares whether consolidated B/S of A & B shall be considered or not?

I have got remark with "Name is too general, add suitable prefix and activity according to main objects and use extended form of IPR Form Should be submitted" after uploading form 1 for LLP Registration. Does this 2. total number of partners include DP's?

I have filed salary return online in Aug 2012. I have not sent signed copy of acknowledgement to Income Tax. Now I wanted to revise the return by adding business income and income from securities. Can I file it ? Shall I have to send the acknowledgment first to Income Tax Department ? Please advie.
