3 party deal

There is Party A in India which raises tender. Party B is in other country (China). Party B directly submit the quotation. But Party B provide some commission for me as mediator(Say Party C). I am not the registered agent. I am new to this business. All transaction takes place between Party A & B. But as I inform B about tender from A they are providing commission to me. So my question is there any type of agreement I can make with Party B without involving Party A for this? Also the commission is in US dollars. Can it be directly deposited to any Nationalise bank in India?

This is a referral commission kind of transaction. You can make an agreement with China Tenderer... no problem in that. Fix up the rate of commission for referral. Give the swift code of your bank in India and the money can be directly deposited by China tenderer.
