We have to pay bonus of our contractual workmen (Workers on contract basis working under contractor's payroll) who are paid on monthly basis but as per present days in a month.

Out of 365 days in a year there are mandatory holidays also like 26th Jan., 15th Aug., 1st May., Holi, Diwali etc (excluding 52 weekly offs).

SO my query is is there any maximum days limit for calculation of bonus payable ..?

Your expertise will help me for calculation the bonus sheet.

I have a query regarding payment on tds on purchase of immovable property.
As per the construction linked payment plan of the builder, I had received a demand on Rs. 2602740(inclusive of TDS) in March 2022. I paid the amount in full, including TDS at that time.
I received a second demand for Rs. 1301400 (inclusive of tds) in September - at this time it was brought to my notice that I had not filed tds for the payment done in march. Accordingly, I have filed form 26 qb and paid Rs.26027 as tds for the payment in march (excluding the excess amount that was paid).

The excess amount that was paid in March, has been adjusted in the payment due in September, hence I am effectively making a payment of 99%*1301400 - 26027 = 1262362 now, after deducting tds.
Given this payment I am making now excludes an amount that was paid in advance in March, should I
a) file form 26 qb for the advance payment of rs 26027 separately (tds amount rs.262.89) and another form 26qb for the balance payment 1262362 (tds rs.12751)
or
b) should I club it with the balance payment I am making now, and pay full tds of Rs. 13014 and file single form 26 qb.

Sir, My query is--- current maturities & non current maturities in long term borrowing means. head- secured & unsecured. How to define it.example: secured loan--1.50crore unsecured loan -75lac then how to know current and non current maturities.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

Company A awards a work order to buyer, Company B.
Company B, the buyer requests Company A to issue letter of credit to his foreign manufacturer (to the extent buyer needs to pay manufacturer).

Idea here is to save banking charges and documentation work instead of Company A issues LC to Company B and then company B issues LC to manufacturer.

Now foreign manufacturer asks whether he can issue invoice and shipping documents in the name of company B and mentions Company A as consignee.

Foreign manufacturer's concern is that whether banks will process his bill under letter of credit or his bill for payment will be rejected? Because letter of credit is issued by Company A (who is the consignee in the invoice and shipping documents) but billing address is in the name of company B (who is the buyer).
