I passed PE-II group-I and due to some personal problem I am unable to sit in the examination after passing Group-I in CA PE-II.Now I want to again start my carieer and to sit in the IPCC exam.Can anyone tell me the procedure to convert from CA PE-II to IPCC.
Now I am staying in Chennai,but I had registred CA course in Kolkata region.Now what I need to do to transfer from Kolkata to Chennai.

I am an IPCC student, I have completed my ITT and Orientation, but now i want to convert to Direct Entry to IPCC. If I convert to direct entry, will I have to complete ITT and Orientation once again?

if charitable trust runs the non grant school and provide the building to school and collect the rent for the same. Is rent liable to TDS & Service Tax?

In this letter here mention that" As per Order Issued By Govt of India, CA from ICAI has been Recognized to superior services/post Under govt.
But in another line where it is written that CA is eligible for Civil Service Examination which is conducted by commission for recruitment to IAS, IPS
If as per my knowledge if anyone want to get recruit in Govt Depart is by way of fighting IAS or at lower level SSC.
Please help in removing confusion
