i have complete MBA Finance in 2012 age 24 i am working in Auditor firm. i interest in ca or icwai.please tell me which one is better

As you are working in an audit firm. You should go for CA. It will do a lot of value addition.

CA and ICWA are two different qualifications having separate scope and working style. It depends on you that what is your aptitude, but i agree with Disha that you should pursue the CA as you are already in the audit firm and it will be value added to you.
