I am CA final student appearing for both groups. I want to ask query about ISCA. The module and practice manual both has been revised by the institute in this Jan 2013. In the chapter 5th and 8th.
I want to ask if these changed are applicable for May 2013

In case there is change in name of CA Firm without any changing the constitution of the firm, does it effect the standing of firm?
What is the procedure for such changing?

As the MCA has made it mandatory for proof for Registered office, Please help me on the below cases/.

Please its very urgent

1) Owned by Company, What the attachments to be made to Form 18.

2) Owned by Director (Not taken on lease by company),What the attachments to be made to Form 18.

3) Taken on Lease by company, What the attachments to be made to Form 18.

4) Owned by any other entity/ Person (Not taken on lease by company), What the attachments to be made to Form 18.

As per new Form 18 we need to attach the proof of the Registered Office, what are the documents we need to produce to ROC on the following cases,

1) If the director is on rent which he wants to make the same as registered office

2) If the director is the owner of the house who wants to make the same as registered office.

3)What are the other documents to be produced

Please guide me with the important chapters of Costing & FM for CA-IPCC Exam.
