Is there any rule that article having internal admission in any college for B.com or M.com then he have to take articleship in that same city where your college locates??

Currently I am doing my 1st year of articleship and I want to take transfer but my principal not allow me for taking a transfer for that I called Institute also but they said we can't help it because approval is necessary , but as the Institute said that there is no condition in taking transfer of 1st year of Articleship then what is the procedure of taking transfer in this case.plz reply

a) upto Rs.15000 (<=15000)
OR
b) on salary below Rs.15000(<15000)?

(i.e. if the salary is exactly Rs.15000, is ESI applicable? Can any one explain the exact cut off point?)

Is it better to do both the groups of IPCC together or attempting them individually one at a time?
My only concern is the time constraint. I hav coaching classes in the morning and regular college (Bcom) till 4 in the evening. I'm not sure if I can manage both at a time.
