A Pvt Ltd company imports Mobile Phones from China and remits USD to settle the amount. The company has imported goods in the month dated 20 March'13 and the amount is paid in April. It has raised Creditors by taking the exchange rate as per Bill of Entry (Customs Copy)of 20 March'13. How we have to report the Creditors as on 31 March'13?

sir, i would like to know how to find the value of FDR before 2 months. for example FDR invested on 11/5/2011 iwant to know the value of fDR on 31/03/2011 and how to calculate interest on fdr on Various Dates AND in days. Sir i hope i will get full detail related to fdrs

As nothing is mentioned in newly website of TDS i.e. www.tdscpc.gov.in , I would likely to know the Rectification Procedure?

I have to revise the TDS return of FY 07-08 ...but i dnt have details of Challans.. and it is a government deductor.. please tell me ..Can i download the FVU File of TDS without having data????? or any other solution to revise the return???

one of my friend worked in a private ltd bank in coimbatore. he has sanctioned a od loan and term loan to a customer with secuity 3 years back. now he came to know the customer gave the fake staement ( old bankers cc statement modified by themselves) at the time of giving proposals. and also he came to found now the party operating one more current account with another bank without the official bank knowledge. in their I.T. statements with a lot of fake trasactions. now he only know these and how can he come out from this without any dept actions. please reply in detail. most urgent. thank u
